Tag! You're it!

Three Tag...You have to write down 3 of each: joys, fears, goals, current obsessions, & random facts.
3 joys: Garrett, family/friends and religion
3 fears: Garrett dying (I hate saying that but it is a fear of mine!), not being able to pay our bills (the bad economy makes me feel so unsecure!), spiders
3 goals: Eternal progression, save a lot and be more financially stable, kids (having them first and then raising them well)
3 current obsessions: Garrett, playing in the sun (which is always risky since the sun appears only when it feels like it in Utah), usually interior design but not so much lately- more into going on vacation with Garrett and not coming back!
3 random facts: I like to scrapbook, I am literally addicted to Diet Coke and see no problem with that, I have the hardest time working in an office in the summer

I tag: Brandi, Heather, Emily, Lacy and whoever else wants to do this!

Our weekend!

We had such a fun weekend! Friday, Garrett went on a fathers sons outing with his dad and brothers. I was sad to be away from Garrett but as soon as I found out he would be gone, immediately planned to scrapbook all night! I ended up going over to my mom's house, she practically has a scrapbook store there! We stayed up til about 2:30 scrapbooking. I slept at my apartment alone that night and Garrett really spoiled me this weekend, he somehow snuck a soft Gorilla (to replace him that night and keep me warm) and a card and candy bar onto our bed and he was only gone one night! Saturday, I slept in, did laundry, pampered myself a bit and took care of some things until Garrett came home. That night we went to my brothers house for the Jacobson Mother's Day party. We had Alice Springs Chicken, yummy! We played volleyball, it was hilarious and so fun! Sunday, Garrett got up early and made me breakfast in bed! I know I'm not a mom yet, but he is still such a sweetheart! We fell asleep after breakfast, oops, so we were late for church. That afternoon we went to Aunt Rachels for the Halligan Mother's Day party. Grandma Trane, think she's 88 now, wanted me to swing with her! Then we teeder tottered (spelling?) too! She's so funny! Then everyone played Go Fish and Old Maid. Garrett pampered me more that night and gave me a pedicure. Soaked my feet, rubbed them with lotion, etc. He is the best ever! I hope all of the moms out there had a great Mothers Day! We are very blessed to have some awesome moms in our life!

Now we are so excited because we leave for California this Wednesday!!

Our Car is For Sale!

For any of those that are interested or know someone in the market to buy a car. We want to get rid of it and get into a cheap commuter car so we will negotiate!

Ice cold A/C, Non-smoker, Runs & drives great, Upgraded sound system, MP3 Player with remote, Tinted windows, Alarm, Remote start, After market wheels and lights, Very clean interior, Well maintained. Great gas mileage!! Just got new brakes. It's been a great car, weve had no mechanical problems. It has just below 118000 miles on it, a little high but it's a Toyota so shouldn't have a problem going many more miles. It is black, sporty 2 doors, roomy backseat (same body as a Toyota Camry but with a sporty look), wired for sound system, I have a sound system in it I may be willing to sell with it, interior and exterior are in excellent condition. We are selling it for $9,000 or best offer and are willing to make a trade as well.
Call Garrett at 801-560-2870, or e-mail me if interested.

Garrett buys ham occassionally so he can use it for his lunch meat, this is him cutting it up while I'm scrapbooking!
He was so excited! What a carnivore!
Just sporting some new clothes!

Better pic of the Durango...

It is May 1st and it's snowing... SO SICK OF THIS CRAZY UTAH WEATHER!!! Maybe we should be a little more careful what we pray for, like moisture...
