Relief Society Retreat

While the girls had a Relief Society retreat, the boys had a fathers sons at the bishops ranch. Garrett and Aaron did some midnight fishing and some more fishing all day on Saturday... (I hate how the pictures upload backwards basically on here, I wrote and uploaded the RS one first....)

Me and Marissa often wonder when our husbands will leave us and run off together...

I went up with my ward to a ranch for the RS Retreat. The event was full of cuddling (couldn't keep Marissa off me and we knew our husbands would be all over each other at their father- sons thing ;) ), singing (refer to Marissa's blog for more on this), eating, games, kayaking, etc. It was pretty eventful and we got to get to know some of the "old but young in spirit" ladies better, they're party animals! We all missed Jocelyn and Dallin, who were too close to their due date to come but little Jaiden is definitely worth it!

2. He is so fun to do anything with and is always up for trying anything I want and usually he wants to too.

This is tough lately since I don't like ANY food right now so what I used to like...
1. Cafe Rio, anything
2. Atlantic Cafe, panini's and Italian Sodas
3. Panda Express, orange chicken, veggi rolls
4. I honestly can't think of anything else, it all sounds so gross! But yes I catagorize my favorite foods by restaurants...

Four places I would like to visit:
1. Colosseum, Rome
2. Parthenon, Greece
3. Pantheon, Greece
4. Samoa (Garretts mission)
5. The Pyramids, Egypt
6. Concentration camps, Germany (I have a lot)

Four things I am looking forward to in the coming year:
For the rest of 2008 or for another year? I'll do another year...
1. The holidays again
2. Possibly going back to school, half looking forward to it, half dreading it
3. Having a wee one, mostly just scared for that for many reasons

Popping...

I have a bun in the oven!

So before you have to ask...
Q: Was this planned?
A: Yes for the most part, we just thought it'd take a little longer, like a year... It didn't.

Q: Are you sick?
A: Yes, but at least I haven't actually thrown up yet, just feel like it a lot. I prefer that though since my jobs aren't very convenient to hurl at.

Q: Are you going to work after the baby comes?
A: Absolutely. 1- Because I have to be Garretts Sugar Mama while he goes to school and 2- I have always wanted to work when I have kids, although something flexible and probably part time.

Q:Does my family know?
A: Sure thing! Told my family 2 Sundays ago and Garretts family last Monday.

Q: Boy or Girl?
A: I want a girl, Garrett wants a boy but I'm sure well accept either.. ;)

Hunting!

As most of you know, Garrett goes hunting with my brothers and dad almost every weekend this time of year. I decided to go with him finally, I didn't join them on the crack of dawn hunt, figured I'd rather sleep in but Garrett came and got me later. It was fun! I think it'd be fun to actually hunt but I dont think I would be dedicated enough for it to be worth spending that much money to get started... :)
